The 3rd ANNUAL DIALOGUE DINNER AND PEACE & DIALOGUE AWARDS

On October 27, 2007; Anatolia Cultural Center hosted The 3rd ANNUAL DIALOGUE DINNER AND PEACE & DIALOGUE AWARDS. The program brought together several community and religious leaders of South Florida, including Broward County Mayor Josephus Eggelletion, Jr., to share and promote mutual understanding.

Anatolia Cultural Center is dedicated to bringing communities of different religions and cultures together. The purpose of this is to promote compassion, cooperation, partnership, and community service through interfaith and intercultural dialogue and conversation. This year's event held at A Gallery One Double Tree Suites Hotel, Fort Lauderdale FL.

The program featured the following prominent speakers:
Keynote Speaker: Josephus Eggelletion, Jr. Broward County Mayor

Featured Speaker : Richard Agler Senior Rabbi Congregation B'nai Israel

Featured Speaker : Renat Shaykhutdinov Assistant Professor Political Science Department Florida Atlantic University

The program brought religious and community leaders of South Florida together in order to discuss solutions for Common Problems, Tolerance and Mutual Understanding. At the end of the program Peace and Dialogue Awards were presented to selected leaders and Kim Reyka , wife of BSO SGT. Chris Reyka who was shot at the Walgreens in Pompano beach, will be awarded with Commitment award.
